Batman Forever: The Arcade Game is a very loose adaptation of the film. It features pre-rendered graphics and impressive screen-filling special attacks. Gameplay-wise, it sticks close to the Final Fight formula.

Trivia

Batman Forever is very loosely based on the film. For example, Batman can be shrunken to a tiny size by Riddler's black magic in this game. Batman Forever was developed by Iguana, an American studio that made many Nintendo 64 games such as Turok and Iggy's Reckin' Balls.

I gotta say, Batman Forever has way more personality than I expected. It features ridiculous video gamey stuff like a powerup that makes Batman tiny. However, its combat is super sloppy and definitely qualifies as a button-masher. Its CGI look was competent for the time but now looks really dated. Only casual gamers and Batman fans should check this out.
