Set three months after the events of that game, it takes place entirely within Blackgate prison, where Batman must quell a riot instigated by the Joker, Penguin, and Black Mask. The game adapts the Arkham formula of stealth gameplay, free-flow combat, and gadget usage to a side-scrolling format.
